Use this form to request account and data deletion. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.
Deletion can include account profile data and trips owned by the account, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
Shared trip records may need careful handling when other users still have access to the same trip.
We confirm receipt, verify ownership where needed, and normally respond within one month. If applicable law permits more time for a complex or repeated request, we explain the extension and any data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing reasons.
