Travel planning should be usable by everyone

We work to make PYNTravel usable with keyboards, assistive technology, different screen sizes, and a wide range of access needs.

Our approach

Build access into the product

We use semantic HTML, visible focus states, labels, keyboard-operable controls, responsive layouts, and clear error messages. We review new work against recognised web accessibility practices.

We want to hear about barriers

If a page or task is difficult to use, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device or assistive technology you used.

Current status

WCAG 2.2 AA is our target

Last reviewed 17 July 2026. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. This statement is not a claim that every page has passed an independent conformance audit.

Known limitations may remain in older or third-party content. We record reported barriers, prioritise essential journeys, and update this statement when material findings or fixes change.

Send accessibility feedback

We review reported barriers and use the information to prioritise improvements. Support can offer another way to complete an essential request when practical.
